This is true Chicago-style stuffed pizza. When they say "stuffed", be prepared for each slice to weigh almost 1/2 lb. I'm a big fan of Chicago style, so I loved it. I'd highly recommend for cheese lovers. The only downside was that I thought the bread was a little too dense at the crust. It was like the dough hadn't been kneaded enough, and lacked any air pockets. I would have preferred the bread to be a bit more flaky or airy. Would come back though!

Wow... That really sums it all up. I'm in Roselle for work, and have always wanted some truly authentic Chicago style deep dish. Everything about this pie is perfect. The sauce is sweet, savory, and tangy. The ingredients taste fresh and flavorful. The crust is just.... Perfect, I don't know how else to describe it. Thank you to Nancy's for making my work trip a little brighter!!

Tasted like i remembered, even if its a different location, they have all fresh ingredients and put passion into their cooking! Will have to order again
